Richard Sloggett joined Unison’s Christina McAnea on the BBC’s flagship PM programme to discuss the Supreme Court decision on sleep-in payments and social care reform.

Richard set out the three options for social care reform: a free care system like the NHS, a pensions style model and a Dilnot cap approach.
